My therapeutic approach is rooted in kindness and authenticity. I believe that many of the wounds we carry come from past experiences that taught us to hide, to silence parts of who we are. Together, we’ll begin the journey back to yourself — to the person you’ve always been beneath the layers of pain, fear, and expectation.

While I am certified in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, I don’t believe there’s one method that fits everyone. That’s why I adapt my methods and tools to meet each individual’s needs. Each person’s story is unique, and so is the way we work together.

At Carisoul, we create a safe and confidential space where you can express what has been held inside — like sadness, shame, guilt, or anger — and begin to understand their roots and messages. Here, you’re invited to be fully yourself, free of judgment, and supported with compassion, care, and understanding.
